Fitness might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the Nelk boys, but that may well be all about to change their latest series of videos.
See the Canadian prank-lovers have taken on an intense new challenge to transform their health, fitness, and physiques over the course of 120 days.
You can follow their progress on YouTube where they’re doing a new gym video every Sunday and on Kyle’s Insta where he’s sharing regular check in photos to help keep them accountable.
Their latest YouTube video shows how they’re getting on 3 weeks into the challenge, and honestly the results are already pretty impressive!
The guys hit the gym at 6am and meet up with their trainer, Todd Norman, who explains that he has them lifting weights and crushing cardio 6 days a week.
As the boys get to work you can tell how dedicated they are to this transformation, going hard on the cross trainer along with skipping and burpees to get their cardio in. They also look to be lifting pretty heavy with some bench presses, dumbbell presses, and various moves on the weights machines.
It’s this combination of pushing hard in the gym and staying consistent that’s helping the Nelk boys on their way to really transforming their health, and we can’t wait to see their results at the end. If the changes they’re already seeing after 3 weeks are anything to go by, those end results are gonna be insane!
