Bodybuilder Sam Sulek Before and After

22-year-old bodybuilder Sam Sulek is no stranger to controversy, as the rapid change in his appearance has left many wondering how he did it. At such a young age and in a short time since he began bodybuilding, Sam Sulek’s before and after transformation is wild.

As a high school diver, he claimed to weigh just 160 pounds, but in a few years, he has put on a significant amount of weight and muscle mass. Sam also stated that he began weighing 230 pounds (104 kg) when he started his spring bulk video, but at the end of the bulking phase, he reportedly weighed 248 lbs at his heaviest.

While Sam didn’t admit or deny the use of steroids, he explained that his humongous diet is one of the things that has helped him build such muscle at his age.

👑 NEW Sam Sulek Diet for Bulking

According to a YouTube video, he eats four to five meals during his bulking and starts his day with a 1000-calorie chocolate milkshake, which takes him an hour to finish. After that, he eats five servings of cereal with lots of milk. The meal serves as his pre-workout meal.

The two meals combine over 400g of carbs and over 130g of fats. After his workout, he also eats two hamburgers with double cheese salad and a large drink. To top it all off, Sam eats four big doughnuts with four cups of milk.

Throughout Sam’s day during his bulking season, he doesn’t only eat heavy meals, he also supports them with various supplements like multivitamins, fish oil, BCAA, pre-workout, and pro-workout isolate protein whey. “There’s likely other supplements he’s taking, and whether they’re natural or not, new bodybuilders should not try to replicate his diet or training style” says Dr. Pedram Kordrostami M.D., BSC, PGCERT, CEO & Founder of Omre, a longevity company. A handful of young bodybuilders, especially in recent years, have succumbed to serious health conditions as a result of this type of extreme regime, especially when coupled with anabolic steroids.

Aside from his diet and supplements, Sam Sulek is also known for his consistent and intense workout routine.  “Even the most successful bodybuilders have built similar physiques without this ‘dirty bulk’ diet, so it’s not something that I’d recommend new bodybuilders try to replicate.” says Jennifer Brennan of Hercules Supplements.
