Scotty Flynn, known by his social media handle Scotty K Fitness, has been dropped by RYSE Supplements after doxxing an individual and making discriminatory comments.
The military veteran turned content creator faced huge backlash for calling out a netizen in a now-deleted TikTok video.
Flynn’s post was prompted by a “homophobic” comment in which he was likened to Russ Langmore from the hit Netflix series Ozark.
In a video titled ‘Real Life Consequences’, Flynn proceeded to share personal details about the poster’s name, birthday and location to his 4.4 million followers.
A comment also surfaced seemingly showing Flynn mocking a paralyzed man from Indiana.
Scotty Flynn, AKA Scotty K Fitness, Axed By RYSE
Angry fans immediately took to RYSE’s comments to protest the brand’s affiliation with Flynn.
In a statement shared on social media, RYSE CEO Nic Stella said it had cut all ties with the influencer.
“Effective immedietly, RYSE is no longer affiliated with or represented by the individual involved in the recent controversy (Scotty Flynn),” it said.
“We are aware of comments made by this prior affiliate that were hurtful and inappropriate toward individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

“Those views do not reflect our company’s values, and we do not support or condone language or behavior that is discriminatory, harmful, or dismissive of any community.
“We take this matter seriously and have taken immediate steps to address the situation directly with the individual involved.
“We are also reviewing our affiliate partnerships and internal processes to ensure our standards of respect, inclusivity, and accountability are upheld.
“To our community, we hear your concerns, we appreciate you holding us to a high standard, and we are committed to doing better.”
The statement was accompanied by a screenshot of Flynn’s remark.
Scotty Flynn’s Apology Video
In an initial apology to fans, Scotty Flynn said his address had been doxxed in retaliation, causing him to fear for his family’s safety.
The podcaster followed up with a tearful video, expressing his remorse for ‘lashing out’ and fighting ‘hatred with hatred’.
“For days now I have been lying to myself, saying things like, ‘I’m a good person, I’ve done a lot of good for the world,'” he said.
“It’s all bullsh*t deflection, to keep me from taking responsibility for my own actions.
“I have built this entire platform on inclusivity and kindness, and I lost sight of that in my own ego.

“I lashed out at people. I responded to hatred with hatred. So I apologise for not being of character; the character that I promised you all I had.
“I hope that you can accept that. And if not, I understand. If you don’t want to support me anymore I understand.
“I hope that one day soon I can regain your trust, but for right now I have to focus on the safety of my family. So I’ll be back. I’ll see you guys soon. I’m sorry and I love you all.”
While many fans showed their support, others claimed the apology only came as he was axed by sponsors.
