Barebells Protein Milk Lands in the U.S. With a Creamy, Ready-to-Drink Twist
Just when we thought Barebells was all out of surprises, it went and pulled off arguably its biggest product drop of the year.
The Swedish giant has already made its mark on 2025, launching a new hybrid protein soda loaded with caffeine and several fresh flavors of its top-rated protein bars.
The latest of which, a classic Peanut Butter & Jelly combo, has just landed in The Vitamin Shoppe, ready to rival Peanut Butter as America’s favorite flavor.
But as Christmas Day rolled around and the innovation cupboard looked bare, the functional heavyweight had one final treat tucked away: Barebells Protein Milk.
Unveiled as a playful spin on the traditional milk and cookies left out for Santa, Barebells Protein Milk is exactly what it sounds like: a ready-to-drink protein shake bursting with creamy flavor.
Here’s what you need to know about this delicious new drop, including macros, where to buy it, and the three debut varieties.
Introducing Barebells Protein Milk
The first thing to note is that Barebells Protein Milk is not a carbon copy of the Protein Milkshake available in the UK and Europe.
Instead of a bottle, it arrives in a canned format, similar to the protein soda debuted in October. The starting three-piece lineup consists of Berry, Vanilla, and Choco Milk, all exclusive to the United States.

Promising a smooth, creamy, and delicious macro boost, each 325ml serving is crafted from ultra-filtered milk and delivers 24g of protein.
Best served chilled, these cans feel closer to the classic milk cartons many of us enjoyed as kids than standard ambient protein shakes.
The Macro Breakdown
The protein content in Barebells Protein Milk matches that of the Protein Milkshake, its European cousin. However, it offers a much stronger protein-to-calorie ratio.
Each can delivers between 120-130 calories, 2g of total fat, 3g of carbs, and just 2g of sugar.
By comparison, the Barebells Milkshake contains around six times the sugar, double the fat, and close to 200 calories.
It’s lighter, silky smooth, and packs the signature Barebells flavor fans know and love.
Where to Find Barebells Protein Milk
If you’re in the U.S. and keen to try the new Barebells Protein Milk, you’ve got options. It’s already launched in all the right places, available direct from the brand’s online store, on TikTok Shop, and via major retailers like Walmart.
With Barebells keeping its foot on the gas heading into the New Year, we’re excited to see what the Swedish powerhouse has in store for 2026.
