Barebells Protein Bar Flexes Impressive U.S. Gains in 2025 Unwrapped
It’s rare that we’re offered a glimpse behind the curtain of the industry’s biggest brands. Sales figures, top-performing products, and hard data are usually locked away in corporate HQs, reserved for the eyes of management only.
But Barebells has decided to lift the lid with its annual Spotify Wrapped-style roundup, revealing some of the staggering details behind another 12 months of roaring success.
The much-loved Barebells Protein Bar has continued to go from strength to strength overseas, capturing the hearts (and tastebuds) of gym-goers across key territories including the United States and the UK.
So much so, the Swedish brand now proudly claims to make America’s favorite protein bar.
From new flavor releases to extremely loyal customers, here’s what we learned from the 2025 Barebells protein bar Unwrapped.
12 Flavors of Christmas
This year saw plenty of new additions to the Barebells Protein Bar lineup. In total, 12 fresh flavors joined the range across three formats.
Wild Cherry, Raspberry Cream, Peanut Butter, Lemon Cheesecake, Peppermint Bark, Coco Caramel Almond, and two variations of Pumpkin Spice were among the innovations added to the classic bar, each offering 20g of protein per snack.
Marshmallow Peanut Road was the sole newcomer to the soft bar, delivering 16g of protein, while Fudge Brownie, Caramel Choco Chip, and Caramel Peanut bolstered the vegan bar roster.

One of those entries, Peanut Butter, proved a huge hit. The sweet-and-salty classic shot straight to the top of the charts, finishing 2025 as the most ordered Barebells Protein Bar flavor.
Rumors have it a Peanut Butter & Jelly bar is on the way, which could steal the show in 2026.
Spreading the Love
The Barebells Protein Bar popped up in 20 cities across America, spreading its high-protein joy across almost 10,000 miles.
From coast to coast, California ordered the most bars throughout the year. There’s a good chance the landmark-heavy state is also home to Barebells’ biggest fan, who ordered a whopping 1,132 cases in 2025.
Based on a standard case of 12 bars, that equates to 13,584 bars total — or just over 37 bars per day. By those numbers, it’s probably safe to assume the superfan is a distributor. Either that, or incredibly jacked.
Beyond Barebells Protein Bars
Beyond the bars, Barebells celebrated several more momentous milestones in 2025. The brand, which sits under the same umbrella as NOCCO, took a leaf from its cousin’s book by launching a hybrid Protein Soda exclusively in the U.S.
Debuting in three refreshing flavors — Wild Strawberry, Pineapple Sunrise, and Sweet Cherry — each 12oz can packs 10g of clear whey protein and 200mg of caffeine in a sugar-free format.

The sodas earned immediate praise for their formulation, opting for clear whey protein rather than the commonly used hydrolyzed collagen peptides, which are not a complete protein source.
All things considered, Barebells can look back on 2025 with a well-earned smile. And to cap off its year Unwrapped, the snack maker has bundled its latest launches into an exclusive giveaway for two lucky winners.
Details on how to get your hands on the ultimate Barebells care package can be found on the brand’s Instagram channel.
